Return Policy

We want you to be happy!

We will gladly provide a refund for unused mats returned within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to accept items that have been used. 

In order to process a return:

  1. Send an email to info@ezpzfun.com with your order # and the item(s) you want to return
  2. You will hear back from ezpz with a Return Authorization Number (RA #)
  3. Print the attached Return Form and fill in the required information
  4. Repack the merchandise and enclose the completed Return Form
  5. Attach the completed Return Address Label to your package and send to us via the carrier of your choice  

ezpz will process a credit/refund for your mat(s) as soon as the returned item is received. All returns should be sent to: DIRECTSOURCE C/O EZPZ, ATTN: RETURNS DEPARTMENT, 5510 GRACE PL COMMERCE, CA 90022-4112.
