Useless product, poor customer service

"My baby picked up this mat and flipped it over in 5 seconds. It doesn’t stick to the surface AT ALL. A baby can simply lift it up by the edges. There isn’t even any resistance. Only if the baby was trying to lift them from the middle would they stay in place, which no child more than a few months old would do. These mats are completely useless. I contacted customer service for a refund, and they said they don’t offer refunds once the product has been opened. I cannot imagine a company not caring at all when a customer is completely unsatisfied with a product. That tells you everything you need to know about ezpz."

Handy for feeding toddler at the table

"While the suction function doesn't work on my wood grain table, the built in placemat makes it so my 1 year old doesn't seem as interested in picking the bowl up to throw. Downside is that it doesn't fit on the tray of our high chair (stokke tripp trap) but it works great when we pull the high chair directly to the table to feed little one. Washes easily in the dishwasher."
